Our Nordic Set features several dishes that showcase the best of Northern Norwegian cuisine.

Boknafish
Try Boknafish, a type of semi-dried cod that has been enjoyed since the Viking times. Dried in the coastal air, it has a strong, sea-like flavor that is truly unique.

Kveite (Halibut)
