5. Information to the customer

The agent is responsible for giving important information to the customer:

5.1 Travellers from other countries than Norway

Go Fjords emphasizes that travelers from countries other than Norway must themselves address any relevant conditions such as passport validity, visas, vaccinations, and any insurance that is required.

5.2 The travel document

The travel document received when making the booking serves as the customers ticket (digitally/ printed) for the excursion and the customer must carry this throughout the excursion for verification purposes. The costumer is responsible for checking that the ticket corresponds to their booking.

6. Change of price

Go Fjords reserves the right to alter prices and accepts no liability with respect to printing errors in the text, images, and links on our website. We reserve the right to make changes as necessary after any catalogues or brochures have been printed, such as changes to prices and terms and conditions, changes to the excursion route as a result of unforeseen circumstances and inaccurate information due to printing errors, etc. Changes resulting from the aforementioned circumstances will be announced via enclosures / offprints and / or other appropriate communication channels.

7. Complaints

Any claims must be made as quickly as possible by e-mailing info@gofjords.com. Complaints must generally be submitted no more than one month after returning home unless special circumstances render it reasonable to extend the complaint deadline. It is emphasized that any comments made on questionnaire forms that are submitted will not be recorded or interpreted as a written complaint.

8. Force Majeure

Go Fjords may cancel a trip in the case of unforeseen circumstances over which we have no control, such as rough weather conditions, natural disasters, industrial disputes, etc. that render it difficult or inadvisable to proceed with the excursion (force majeure). Agents shall not be entitled to any refund in the event of cancellation due to force majeure. In the case that a trip has already started, but has to be cancelled due to force majeure, we will not provide any refund.
