Important on this trip

Departure point

Please meet at the parking lot outside Sigdalshallen at Nerstad 15 minutes before the activity starts.

Equipment included

Life jacket and helmet will be provided before the rafting starts.

What to bring

Sneakers (they will get wet), towel and an extra set of clothing.

Age Limit

Participant have to be at least 5 years old.

Requirements

All participants must be proficient swimmers.

Transportation

Transport to and from the rafting location is included.
