As you sail across the 25-km-long (15 mi) Lysefjord on your way to Flørli, you will get to experience famous sights like Preikestolen from below and the Hengjane Falls.
Once the home of a power plant, the cute Flørli village has reinvented itself and has become a popular attraction for national and international visitors.
Its trademark, the world’s longest wooden staircase, takes visitors 740 m (2427 ft) above sea level. Though a challenging activity, the views of the fjord along the way are rewarding. If you think that 4,444 steps sound a lot, there are plenty of alternative hikes that are equally beautiful to explore.
