It is widely known that Ånsdalsnes offers an abundance of hiking opportunities. However, few combine a hiking trail of moderate difficulty and astounding views. Located right across from Trollveggen, the 780-meter (2559 ft) high Mt. Litlefjellet, perfectly overlooks Trollveggen, known to be Europe’s highest perpendicular mountain cliff.
The tour starts with a 20-minute drive from Åndalsnes to Vengedalen Valley. From here it takes only 30 minutes to reach the top of the Trollveggen Viewpoint. You walk on a good path that leads you safely up the mountainside.
Along the way you will see the Rauma River as well as the Romsdalsfjord in the horizon. You will also see Mt. Romsdalshorn and Mt.Blånebba tower above you.
Accompanied by a professional local guide you can focus on the beauty while your guide looks out for your safety and making this a unique experience.
