Lysefjord

Enjoy the striking scenery of the fjord that end to end measures 42 km (26mi). The steep rocky walls along its sides are made of lightly colored granite, and gives the fjord its name, as ‘lys’ means light.

Fjord wildlife

Rest your eyes from looking at the stunning attractions, and keep an eye out for sea eagles, peregrine falcons, porpoises, seals and goats grazing on the steep mountain slopes.

Preikestolen from below

Towering an impressive 604 metres above the Lysefjord, this striking rock formation is found on the bucket list to people across the world. From sea level you get a unique perspective of the majestic Preikestolen (Pulpit Rock) reaching for the sky above the incredible Lysefjord.

Hengjane Falls

The catamaran will drive right up to Hengjane Falls. The waterfall springs out from the steep mountainside at a height of 400 metres (1300 ft). It's popular to taste the pure mountain water that's pouring down.

Vagabond’s Cave (Fantahålå)

This gorgeous cove with dramatic cliffs surrounded by an aqua-marine pool, apparently got its name from a group of vagabonds who for months sought shelter there trying to escape the local police.
