This 3-hour family-friendly course in the Norwegian Mountaineering Center is the perfect introduction to climbing.&nbsp;&nbsp;Your guide will teach you the basics of belaying, tying knots and climbing techniques. You do not need any previous rope climbing experience. Experienced instructors will guide you through everything you need to learn before the final exam later in the day.After the exam you are approved to secure children and adults while climbing on top ropes and auto belays in any climbing hall in Norway.Between the class and the final exam you get to relax with a wonderful lunch at Tindestua.After the course has been completed you are welcome to use the climbing hall for the rest of the day putting your newly acquired skills to use.
