This 5.5 hour trip allows for 2.5 hours on the ice so hikers are able to see the most impressive areas of the landscape, including a great view of the snow-covered Jostedalsbreen and the upper part of Nigardsbreen.</p><p>This glacier hike is more demanding than shorter glacier hikes offered at Nigardsbreen as it is a challenging and steep route. Hikers must wear clothing that covers the entire body (no shorts or skirts without leggings).</p>
